Forging Shop
Every steel bar is fully traceable through a disciplined color coding and heat identification system, ensuring process integrity from storage to forging. Efficient overhead material handling supports a smooth and continuous workflow across the shop floor.
Our forging operations combine controlled hammer forging with advanced material preparation to produce consistent, high quality components. An in house tool room with precision machining capabilities enables accurate die manufacturing, helping us maintain strict control over quality, repeatability, and performance at every stage.
Machine Shop
- The machine shop has complete facility for turned blanks, gear cutting and heat treatment of gears – spur, helical & bevel gears.
- Gear hobbing, shaping and shaving machines.
- CNC cylindrical grinding.
- Voumard bore grinding machines.
- Heat treatment shop with pit type gas carburising, quenching and tempering furnaces.
- The area is serviced by EOT crane.
